What types of payments do you accept?
We accept local bank transfers in your own country, as well as credit card payments and transfers via Revolut.
What happens if I need to cancel a class?
You can cancel a class up to 6 hours before it starts and have the time credited back to your package. Unfortunately, if you cancel within 6 hours of your class, we must charge for it as your teacher has already reserved this time for you and it would be not easy to find another student on short notice.
Can I reschedule my class?
Yes, you can reschedule if you do it more than 6 hours before your class starts. If you need to reschedule with less than 6 hours notice, you can speak to your assigned teacher and, if they agree, choose another time either on the same day or the next. (This option is subject to your teacher's availability and is not guaranteed.)
What if I have trouble accessing the platform?
If you encounter any issues accessing the platform, please get in touch with us and we will provide an alternative link through Skype, Teams, or Zoom.
What happens if my teacher does not show up for class?
If your teacher fails to attend your class without a valid emergency reason, you will receive a makeup class and an additional class of the same duration or value. We value your time as much as ours.
How are the teachers qualified?
Our teachers are highly qualified and experienced in teaching Spanish. They undergo a rigorous selection process to ensure they meet our high standards for language proficiency and teaching skills.
